Step 1:  Visit our online package receiving website and register for an account. When registering simply input Lewiston NY when searching for a location and select The UPS Store of Lewiston to register.  You can visit the website by clicking here. Once registered you will receive your member number and new address for shipping.

Step 2: Once you receive your member number and address you may order from any retailer of your choice. We will accept from all carriers. Please remember your member number must be present as part of the address.

Step 3: Once your items arrive you will be contacted by text or email. You can pick up your items any time during normal business hours. When picking up your parcel you will need photo ID. The name on the parcel must match the ID in order for the parcel to be released.

** Please be sure to register online before you place an order. Without your member number on the package our system will not be able to alert you when your items arrive. If a parcel is not picked up within 7 days after arrival a $1.00 per day storage fee is charged in addition to any package acceptance fees due. Parcels not picked up within 30 days may be returned to sender. Parcel acceptance fees are charged on a per package basis**

Package Acceptance Fees:
Packages up to 3 lbs       $5.00 each
Packages 3 to 70lbs         $10.00 each
Packages over 70lbs       $20.00 each

Freight delivery**             $30.00 per item/skid (see notes below)
**Freight items must be picked up within 1 day of it's arrival or a $5.00 per day/per item storage fee will apply**

**You must notify store location before a freight delivery. Items not prescheduled with the store may be refused. Maximum size for pallet delivery is 40"W x 48"L x 48"H. Items larger than max size may be refused at time of delivery.**
