GETTING A MAILBOX IS EASY AS 1,2,3...!
STEP 1: Download and complete the USPS Form 1583. This is the form required by the U.S. Post Office to have your mail delivered to our Center.
STEP 2: Simply complete the required (*) fields below and click "Print" to print out The UPS Store Mailbox Agreement.
STEP 3: Visit our store to provide the required identification, receive your new address, and pick up your keys!
