I like to think we have the best staff around. Everyone who works at The UPS Store Kapaa knows how to make customers comfortable that they are being treated professionally. Currently, we have one notary on staff but, within a few months, we'll be adding another. We work hard to earn our reputation as the friendliest yet most efficient place to meet all your shipping, packing and business service needs. I think we've succeeded!

Shaughnessie, our Store Manager, defines what excellent customer service means. She is friendly, efficient and goes out of her way to make your UPS Store, Kapa'a experience a pleasant one. Having moved from Northern California two years ago, she has quickly embraced island life and the aloha spirit of her new home. She's here to stay. |

Megan McCaslin
Owner Megan McCaslin considers Kauai her second home. Despite currently living in Northern California, Megan's family has been in the Koloa area since 1959. Her return to the island to open a business is an attempt to stay connected to the people and place she loves so much. Through programs at The UPS Store Kapa'a, she hopes to support local non-profits working with children, Hawaiian culture, and the environment. |
