The Hilton Austin UPS Store is located within the lobby of the Hilton Austin Hotel.  We are a "special venue" store handling all of the shipments for the Hotel and Hotel guests as well as convention attendants and exhibitors.

The following fees apply for receiving, recording and storing each parcel:

1-10 lbs        -                   $     5.00
11-21 lbs      -                   $  10.00
22-41 lbs      -                   $  20.00
42-60 lbs      -                   $  40.00
61-100 lbs    -                   $  60.00
101-over lbs -                   $100.00
Pallets           -                   $150.00

Parcels can be delivered anywhere on premises at no additional cost.

Effective 03/01/2011, Pre-paid, drop-off packages will be assessed the following fees:

   0  -  25  lbs -        $  5.00
 26  -  50  lbs -        $10.00
 51  - 100 lbs          $20.00
101 lbs and over   $50.00
(incl Pallets)

If you are sending a package to the Hotel, please follow these guidelines:

1)  Please send packages so that they arrive at the Hotel 2-3 days before your arrival. 

2)  When addressing the package, please include:
