The Hilton Austin UPS Store is located within the lobby of the Hilton Austin Hotel.  We are a "special venue" store handling all of the shipments for the Hotel and Hotel guests as well as convention attendants and exhibitors.

The following fees apply for receiving, inventorying and storing each parcel:

1-10 lbs       -                   $    5.00
11-21 lbs     -                   $  10.00
22-41 lbs     -                   $  20.00
42-60 lbs     -                   $  40.00
61-100 lbs   -                   $  60.00
101-over lbs-                   $100.00
Pallets           -                  $150.00

Parcels can be delivered anywhere on premises at no additional cost.

Pre-paid drop-off packages will be assessed a $5.00 handling fee.
