I don't normally take time for things like this, but I'm writing to you because I wanted you to know that Ian is an outstanding employee. I ha've been in your store on multiple occasions and the last three times I was assisted by Ian. This last visit, I was reminded that he once again was great to work with, so I grabbed a card from the counter so I could make sure that you know that he is a customer service star. As a result of his efforts and service, your UPS store on Custer is my UPS Store of choice.
