Our Pack & Ship Promise
You don't have to worry about a thing at The UPS Store. If an item packed by our associates and shipped via UPS is lost or damaged in transit, you'll be reimbursed for the item's value (subject to the lesser of actual value, repair or replacement cost), the full retail price of packaging materials and services and shipping charges (excluding declared value charges). Custom Packaging
Large or odd-shaped items often require specialized packaging. We offer custom handling and packaging, from blanket wrap to custom cartons, crating, shrink-wrapping and palletizing. We can advise you on the best packaging method needed for your item(s).
Sometimes you just need the right material to get the job done. Using the old newspaper as packing material doesn't provide the protection you want. The box an item was bought in looks fine at the store, but it's probably not meant to be mailed as is. You need packing materials that will ensure that your packages get to destination undamaged.
