Unprecedented Customer Service -- Fast, professional and courtous! You just can't go wrong with Warrenton UPS Store 6028! They packed and shipped all of my fragile packages last week with the utmost care as if it were their own. The store manager/owner even repacked one of my fragile items because she was concerned about it being damaged. They packed things more carefully and quickly than I could ever do. Every box was clearly marked. My gifts arrived safely and undamaged due to the care from the staff at this store. I have since decided to bypass the United States Postal Service and give my business (large and small) to UPS Store6028. Priceless.

I came to your store for the first time to mail a package that had frozen food in it.  I was informed that it would get to IL on Tuesday or Wednesday.  Since I was there on Thursday - I told you all I would be back on Monday.  I was offered the option of leaving it there where you would put the frozen food items in your freezer til Monday and then mail them out for me - which I did.

First, I want to thank you all for your thoughtfulness and 2nd to let you know that my family received the package Wednesday am with all the items still frozen.

The package of UPS items arrived and I cannot express in words how much these items mean to this resident.  The items represent a part of his pas, as he was a UPS driver.  The lunch box was filled with the items you sent, as well as the photos we downloaded from the internet which created a picture booklet.

I wish I could send you a picture of the smile that was on his face when presented with this treasure.  He proudly is wearing the baseball cap and we will help him to look through the items each day and encourage a time of reminiscing of his life.
