Dear Krissy,
I was in your store within the past the 2 weeks to send out packages overseas and it turned out that one package was returned which is completely understandable do to the contents that were inside.

I'm writing you not to complain, but to let you know that your employees were absolutely fantastic. Damian, Shanna, and Jessie, were all outstanding with their customer service and knowledge. If they didn't have the answer, they found it quickly. I've never been happier with customer service that I have received. You have a great bunch of people working for you. They are all friendly, polite, and professional. I wish every store I went to had as nice of employees as you do.
