Krissy Tapocik, Owner Krissy is married and has 1 adorable son. She is originally from Jefferson Hills, PA and currently resides in North Huntingdon. She attended Slippery Rock University and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education. Krissy brings over 25 years of customer service to the The UPS Store. She strives to make a commitment achieving continued outstanding customer service and growing The UPS Store in White Oak to its full potential. |

Joyce Senich
Joyce is from Pleasant Hills, PA. She graduated from Slippery Rock University. She taught elementary education for the Pittsburgh Diocese for 10 years. She currently lives in Munhall with her husband and 2 beautiful daughters. She enjoys working with people and The UPS Store gives her the opportunity to do so. |

Karen Kocsis
Karen is married with 3 grown children. Previously to joining The UPS Store, Karen worked at a local bank for 12 years as a teller supervisor. Karen believes that great customer service is the best way to grow the business. |

John Balay
John is married and has 1 son. He is originally from Toronto, Ontario Canada and currently resides in Jefferson Hills, PA. He attended Mohawk College in Canada majoring in Transportation Engineering Technology. Prior to joining The UPS Store, John worked for a couple of Traffic Engineering firms in the Pittsburgh area and worked in Traffic Engineering for a Toronto area municipality for a combined 6 years of total experience in that field. Prior to this, he had approximately 4 years of retail experience in his homeland. John is commited to bringing excellent customer service to The UPS Store. |

Terri Barry
Terri is married and has a son and daughter. She lives in McKeesport. She attended West Virginia University and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing. Terri has worked in the retail field for 25 years, providing excellent customer service to all clients she has encountered. Terri looks forward to bringing her customer-centric approach to The UPS Store. |

Damian Ferchak
Damian hails from the rustic foot hills of West Mifflin, PA where he was born and raised. Quickly excelling through the West Mifflin education system, he graduated with honors in 2007 and proceeded to continue his education career at Slippery Rock. After a brief year at "The Rock" he transferred to The Community College of Allegheny County where he expected to graduate at the end of the 2011 spring semester with an associate degree in Graphic Design. Damian brings years of computer knowledge coupled with a keen eye for detail to The UPS family. All of these attributes and more are factored into the unstoppable power that is The Ups Store! |

Shana Butler
Shana was born and raised in McKeesport, PA where she still currently resides. She attended The Community College of Allegheny Country for general studies for about a year or so, and then attended The Art Institute of Pittsburgh for three years and graduated with her Associates degree in Graphic Design. She worked in customer service for over five years, and she brings previous experience from another Printing & Shipping store that she worked at for two and a half years, so she is very familiar with most aspects of The UPS Store. She looks forward to bringing her personal skills to The UPS Store and really enjoys working with the staff and the customers. |
