We'll be opening an hour earlier on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays so you can get a jump start on both the week, and the weekend. We'll also be discontinuing Sunday hours for the summer because, well, frankly, once the weather got better, we got very lonely on Sundays. Sunday hours will return this fall.
We're keeping the 7:30pm closing so that even when you're late getting back to Canby from a long day of work in the big city, we'll still be here for you to get things done that you had hoped to get done earlier in the day!
We'll also be adding extra staffing during our busiest afternoon hours to better serve our most demanding times.
So here's our new schedule:
Mondays & Fridays: 9am-7:30pm
Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays: 10am-7:30pm
Saturdays: 9am-5:30pm
Sundays: Closed
We'll be kicking-off our new schedule on Friday, June 1, 2012 at 9am!
We will be open regular hours all other days, including Saturday.
DHL offers service to over 200 countries worldwide. It is a step below our UPS Worldwide Express services, but also offers a better price, and more accountablity than simply going to the Post Office to mail things to save money.
Due to the way that DHL shipments are cleared through customs, you must provide us with your Taxpayer Identification Number (Employer Identification number for businesses, or a Social Security Number for individuals), and a credit card number. You must grant us permission to charge you for any duties or taxes to your credit card if the recipiant fails to pay even if they refuse the shipment.
We also accept pre-paid drop-offs from DHL customers with their own shipping accounts.
Our pick-ups are on an on-call basis, so you must be in the store by 1:30pm for us to gaurantee a same-day pick-up of your package.
Due to changes in paper suppliers, we will be phasing out some of our color paper, and replacing it with other color paper. We will also be dividing our colors into three different cost groups.
Our new papers will primarily be Boise Fireworx colors. They will replace most Wausau Astrobrights, and Hammermill ForeMP color paper. Our regular white paper will not be affected.
Our plan is to use what we have in stock before bringing in the replacement paper. While many of the new colors are close enough to the old color that most people won’t notice, you may notice some slight differences depending on your color choice.
Our new pricing tiers are Standard, Premium and Super-Premium. Our Standard colors will be a 20lb bond stock, and will include 16 familiar colors. Our intention is to always have in stock at all times.
The Premium tier paper will consist of six bright colors in a 24lb stock. We will generally have Premium colors in stock, too.
The Super Premium tier will be the boldest, and brightest colors in a 24lb stock, however the availability of these colors may occasionally be limited.
Our Standard Tier of colors will remain at 7-cents a sheet, or $9.50/ream (for jobs of 500 or more). The colors in our standard tier are as follows (with the old color name in parentheses):

Our Super Premium Colors will be 9-cents a sheet (if in stock), 12-cents a sheet if a special order is necessary, and $15.50/ream. They are:

The new pricing structure takes effect Monday, April 9, 2012. The old colors will be phased out as they are used, and the new colors will replace them at that time. New colors without previous versions will be available immediately.
