Our Pack & Ship Promise

You don’t have to worry about a thing at The UPS Store.  If an item packed by our associates and shipped via UPS is lost or damaged in transit, you’ll be reimbursed for the item’s value (subject to the lesser of actual value, repair or replacement cost), the full retail price of packaging materials and services and shipping charges (excluding declared value charges).  Restrictions apply.

Large or odd-shaped items often require specialized packaging. The UPS Store locations offer custom handling and packaging, from blanket wrap to custom cartons, crating, shrink-wrapping and palletizing.  We can advise you on the best packaging method needed for your item(s).

Shipping Service

We have a variety of shipping options to meet every deadline and budget.  We offer delivery at the right speed, the right time, and the right cost for meeting and exceeding your critical shipment needs.

Shipping Guns, Gun Parts, Ammunition - The UPS Store is not authorized to ship guns, gun parts (including scopes), or ammunition.  Only licensed gun dealers can ship guns to licensed gun dealers.  To ship gun parts or to return guns or gun parts to the manufacturer using an Authorized Return Shipping label, you must go to the UPS Terminal in Northumberland.
Shipping Alcohol - Only licensed liquor dealers can ship alcohol.  The UPS Store is not authorized to accept or process any wine or liquor shipments.
