Our Certified Packing Experts here at The UPS Store can pack almost anything. We can save you time and help ensure your items arrive intact at their destination. We specialize in properly packing fragile and high-value items, including antiques, art, electronics, crystal, china and porcelain.
Our Pack & Ship Promise
You don't have to worry about a thing at The UPS Store. If an item packed by our associates and shipped via UPS is lost or damaged in transit, you'll be reimbursed for the item's value (subject to the lesser of actual value, repair or replacement cost), the full retail price of packaging materials and services and shipping charges (excluding declared value charges). Box size & weight limits for shipping UPS: UPS has established specific weight and size limits for the packages that you send with all UPS services. The restricions below only pertain to individual packages. There are no limits to the total weight of your shipment or the total number of packages in your shipment. Shipments larger than the limits listed below will require the use of our UPS Freight services.
Packages can be up to 150 lbs.
Packages can be up to 165 inches in length & girth combined.
Packages can be up to 108 inches in length.
Packages with a large size-to-weight ratio require special pricing and dimensional weight calculations.
Note: Packages that exceed UPS weight & size limits are subject to an Over Maximum Limits charge.
Measuring your package: Length + 2 x Width + 2 x Height. (Girth is defined as 2x Width + 2 x Height)
Shipping Guns, Gun Parts, Ammunition - The UPS Store is not authorized to ship guns, gun parts (including scopes), or ammunition. Only licensed gun dealers can ship guns to licensed gun dealers. To ship gun parts or to return guns or gun parts to the manufacturer using an Authorized Return Shipping label, you must go to the UPS Terminal in Northumberland.
Shipping Alcohol - Only licensed liquor dealers can ship alcohol. The UPS Store is not authorized to accept or process any wine or liquor shipments.
