Hello,
On Tuesday afternoon I came to the UPS Store located at 917 W Washington in Chicago. I walked in with what could have been a daunting request. You see I am moving from Chicago to Houston Texas and needed to ship my house plants because the moving company wouldn't take them. The plants hold sentimental value and I was nervous about whether or not UPS was the right place to take them.
Lucky for me I had the pleasure of working with Lloyd Lett. He met me at the curb and helped to carry the plants in. From that point forward the experience was amazing. He immediately started thinking of the best way to pack them so they would be safe and secure for the trip. His level of service was reassuring and he was incredibly helpful. I knew I'd come to the right place.
The plants arrived today in Houston and I was here to sign for them. They are in great shape and if I ever need to ship anything again I won't consider any other company. My experience with Lloyd has made me a loyal UPS customer.

I appreciate the trouble you have taken to pick up the paperweights and get them shipped - and I'm glad that you liked them !!
