Charles, and his staff understand the true meaning of the word Customer Service! I have been truely impressed with the professionalism, and knowledge of the staff. Whenever I come to the store I am always met with a very cheerful "Hello! and I feel they  truely mean it.............Keep up the great work!

 I recently needed to have a package shipped over night but was unable to get to the UPS Store before the cut off.   Cody one of the staff members at the UPS Store offered to come to my office, pick up the package, pack it, and ship it plus ensured me that the package would make the cut off and would arrive the next day.  When I offered to tip him he refused, and said "this is what we do"  The package arrived the next day as promised. I don't ship very often but the next time I do it will certainly be with this store.
