Cogent Systems Fingerprinting
In 2008, The UPS Store became a contractor for Cogent Systems. Cogent Systems has been awarded the State of Tennessee Contract for fingerprinting and background checks. The UPS Store is the only location in Roane County to have your prints taken for gun permits, state licensing boards, childcare, education, and any other field that requires background checks. All applicants must be pre-registered before your fingerprints can be taken. You can register online at here or call 1-877-862-2425
Hours of operation for fingerprinting are as follows:
Monday-Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm
Saturday 10:00am to 2:00pm
