Grandfather Clock.... it arrived in perfect condition as scheduled on Monday
evening. It was very obvious the amount of time and effort you put into
creating the packages. The clock has been in my family since about 1810... so
I was concerned it would get to GA in good shape. It did!

I just got back from my trip to San Francisco and I wanted to thank you for the outstanding “service” and “packaging” of my valuable and “very” delicate Christmas gifts! All gift arrived in perfect condition and my so- in-law claimed that that was the “B-E-S-T” packaging job that he has seen. That was a huge compliment since he knows packing, since they have moved six times in their short professional career with lots of delicate, glass, electronics, and crystal items. By the way, the expensive and very delicate antique that I made all the fuzz about arrived in “perfect” condition… again, thank you! Additional cashiers were available which made the holiday "rush" easier for customers
I was delighted to know that the UPS store is open until #:## pm! With one last minute package to send
for Christmas, I arrived in a bit of a "tizzy" expceting a long line and hoping that my package could be
shipped in time for the holiday. Arriving in the door of the uPS store was like stepping into a holiday
oasis. I was greeted and approached immediately by two helpful staff persons who weighed and packed
my items, filled out the shipping info directly on the store computer and verified all the info to the detail! I
left feeling relieved that my package was in good hands.
Although I was told that delivery for "ground" was not guaranteed, I was delighted to track my package
and see that it was delivered the next day. Thank you and Merry Christmas to all!
