Very helpful. I got my gifts sent out and they will arrive before Christmas. Also it's important to know they validate parking for the garage behind them.

The clerk who helped me was delightful, and very, very helpful. He, alone, would be a good reason to go back again.

They were wonderful! The store is clean and organized. They had sufficient employees to help customers. They also had treats for customers to enjoy while waiting, though I didn't have to wait at all.

Thank you and kudos to Stephanie Crabtree at the downtown Salt Lake City store (#5683). My sister just moved to Salt Lake and closed on her new house yesterday. Late in the evening she found out that her out of state bank required a form notarized in order to process a wire transfer that was needed to complete closing.  We called the UPS store in a panic and Stephanie said she would wait for us.  The store closes at 7:00 pm and we arrived just
after 7:00.  Stephanie graciously stayed 1/2 hour passed closing time in order to help us receive the faxed form, fill it out, notarize it (Stephanie notarized it), and fax it back.
