"I want to provide some background to my story. I had spent weeks working on two framed scrapbook pages to send to family. I had made every detail perfect.
The extreme cold weather caused parts of the page to be unglued. I figured this out only after I got to my local UPS store (State College,Pa). The sales woman was extremely professional and caring, her name was Nicole. Providing me with acid free glue to fix the scrapbook page. After the first time gluing the page and putting it back into the frame more items became unglued. I was so upset now I had to re glue and had glue all over the glass of the frame. She went an additional step beyond by cleaning the glass of the frames multiple times making sure they were perfect. She was amazingly patient and made me feel like my business was appreciated and valued. She talked with me while I waited to make sure the glue was really dry. Her customer service ensured the gift arrived on time and intact
I was in the store for forty-five minutes and with her help and patience left feeling confident and relieved that my gift would arrive safe. It did arrive to my Aunt in perfect condition and I told her all about the exemplar employee service at UPS. I felt the need to contact the company to say thank you and make sure that Nicole's outstanding customer service is recognized. "
