Colleen Small- Owner/ Operator

Returning to her State College roots after 32 years, Colleen is living the dream of operating her own business.  Colleen and her husband Jim chose The UPS Store Franchise because it is a true customer service based business, which is exactly what they wanted.  Colleen and her staff are trained to specialize in packing and shipping a variety of items: regardless of shape or size.

Jim Small- Owner/ Operator

 Jim brings over 35 years of retail supervision and customer service to The UPS Store. "Our job is to make your life easier. If you own a small business or run a busy household why not let us make your life less stressful? You can't do everything at once, but you can do everything at one place! Let us be that place."

Victor DeDonato- Store Manager

Victor is a Pennsylvania State University graduate with a degree in Labor Studies and Employment Relations (LSER).  He has worked at the State College location for four years as well as at another The UPS Store in his hometown of Pittsburgh, PA for two years. He also works at the State College UPS terminal. He enjoys playing guitar as well as working out.

Bob Sanginari- Customer Service Associate

After working at a The UPS Store in New Jersey for a year and a half, Bob relocated to the State College area, and is now working at the local The UPS Store. He intends to enroll at Penn State University in the coming year. Bob maintains the store website.

Travis Johnson- Customer Service Associate

Travis Johnson came to the UPS Store two years ago. He is a Junior at State College Area Highschool,  graduating in 2010. He enjoys long walks on the beach, as well as Video Production and Boy Scouts.

Greg Molinaro- Customer Service Associate

Our newest employee! Greg is a Penn State graduate with a degree in Telecommunications. He is also interested in pursuing a graduate degree in Film Preservation.
