HOW DO I SIGN UP?


From individuals to large businesses, there are lots of ways to take advantage of the mailbox services at The UPS Store in Oakton!


STEP 1:  Download and complete form 1583.  (This is the Post Office's "Application for Delivery of Mail through Agent").  (

 

STEP 2:  Complete the required (*) fields below and click "Print" to print our Mailbox Agreement.  


 

STEP 3:  Come into the store, email us (store5623@theupsstore.com), or call us (703-281-1816) to follow up on the application.  We'll also need to get 2 forms of identification, and payment when you arrive.
