Consider us your virtual doorman. With Virtual Doorman Service o We will safely sign for and hold your packages and Messenger drop-offs for you How does it work? Ship to: **Your name** What happens if a package gets lost or damaged?
o You will be notified when the package is received
o You can then pick up the package at your convenience
o No more missed delivery attempts and "Yellow — Delivery Missed" stickers
o You no longer need to re-arrange your schedule to be home for a package delivery
o The fee is $5.00 for the first package received and $3.00 for each additional package received on the same day, payable when you pick up your packages
o There will be a $2.00 storage fee for packages not received within 5 days of being notified
o We can accept packages up to 75 lbs in weight, from UPS, FedEx, DHL, Airborne as well as Messenger drop-offs and private deliveries (We cannot accept packages delivered by U.S. Postal Service) Rental of a mailbox and signed Mailbox Service Agreement is required for US Mail/Package receipt

The UPS Store does not accept responsibility for damages to packages received as The UPS Store does not evaluate the condition of the packages at the time of delivery. Only packages that represent an obvious safety hazard will be refused delivery (i.e. leaking fluids or other substances, jagged edges, etc.). All claims for loss or damage prior to the receipt at The UPS Store must be addressed to the sender or to the carrier involved in the transport.
