I would like to take this time to personally thank your staff for wonderful customer service. Your staff is constantly giving the public great customer service. It is not if you just came on a good day and were helpful.
A particular time stands out. Recently, I had fallen and it was very hard for me to get in and out of a car and to even walk. I called your store and spoke with Joanna and asked her was there any way she could come to my car when I pulled up. “No problem at all”. She came to my car, got the packages and credit card, brought back the receipt to sign and was on my way. To me, you just can’t get better than that. I appreciated it so much.
In these days and times, people easily criticize, but not often take the time to thank those that deserve the most.
I truly appreciate you, your staff and consistent, outstanding customer service.
