Our Pack & Ship Promise

You don’t have to worry about a thing at The UPS Store.  If an item packed by our associates and shipped via UPS is lost or damaged in transit, you’ll be reimbursed for the item’s value (subject to the lesser of actual value, repair or replacement cost), the full retail price of packaging materials and services and shipping charges (excluding declared value charges).  Restrictions apply.

Custom Packaging

Large or odd-shaped items often require specialized packaging. The UPS Store locations offer custom handling and packaging, from blanket wrap to custom cartons, crating, shrink-wrapping and palletizing.  We can advise you on the best packaging method needed for your item(s).

Bring your returns to us.  With unparalleled service and reliability, our Certified Packing Experts pack your items safely and quickly for smoother shipping.

REMEMBER: With our Pack and Ship Promise, when we pack your item it is covered for loss and damage. We only use Mullen Tested Burst Strength Certified boxes only, sealed with 3" 2 mil shipping tape. We follow UPS approved fragile packing standards to get your items there in one piece.

We have a wide selection of boxes availble and can custom design boxes to accommodate almost any item. UPS accepts items upto 165" length plus girth and 150 lbs, USPS is upto 105" length plus girth. Larger will be crated and freighted. Items larger than 165" L+G or over 150 lbs are freighted by the most appropriate carrier.
