Paula (Owner/Manager) is new to the UPS Store family. Having recently owned and operated a medical massage facility in Sterling Heights, Paula is quite familiar with the neighborhood. Joining her husband in the family business (Werner owns and operates the Sterling Heights UPS Store #5502) , Paula is excited about the growth opportunities at the Troy UPS Store #0213. |

Werner (Owner/Manager) has owned and operated The UPS Store #5502 in Sterling Heights, MI (Mound at M59) since 2005. After working in the corporate world for 25 years, Werner decided to pursue an entrepreneurial path and open a UPS Store. He has shipped all kinds of items all over the world, including cars to the mideast , automobile engines to Russian and grandma's china to North Carolina. |

Cody (Chief of Operations) has been working at the Sterling Heights UPS Store #5502 for the last 2 years and is now based primarily at our Troy location. As a college student studying Business Management, Cody enjoys working with and for local small businesses. He also specializes in making custom boxes, suitable for large, oddly shaped items shipped through our stores. |

Pat (Chief of Commercial Accounts) joined The UPS Store team in 2005 and has been with us since our first day. She handles our Commercial House Accounts and Claims. Pat enjoys the copious amounts of administrative services it takes to keep our two stores humming. |

Kinsey (Sales Associate) has been working at The UPS Store for the past 3 years. As a student at Oakland University studying Business, Kinsey enjoys working with the public, solving problems for our customers and digital document services (design and printing). |

Brett (Sales Associate) has been working at The UPS Store for the past two years. He is a customer favorite, specializing in courteous, prompt analysis and problem solving for our customers. Brett is studying Business and Education at Oakland University. |

Kyle (Sales Associate/Driver) is new to the UPS Store team, leaving behing an illustrious career in the food service industry. You may see Kyle driving the company van doing pick ups for our house account customers or helping on the retail counter. As a college student studying Business, Kyle has quickly become a great asset to The UPS Store family. |

Dylan (Sales Associate/Driver) Joining our team in 2010, Dylan is a local college student, studying Business and Entrepreneurship. You may see him driving the company van in the neighborhood doing pick ups for our house account customers, packing in the back room or helping customers at the retail counter. |
