Thanks for all your help with printing needs for my daughter's wedding.  The programs looked awesome & we received many compliments.  Thanks for the help with the place cards and last minute picture transfers for the gift bags.  You did a wonderful job & great customer service.  We will be back for more services & recommend you to our friends.

I want to thank you on behalf of the Buckeye Chapter Paralyzed Veterans of America for your donation.  The signs were very well received and mentioned by a number of players.  The statements presented tell the story and mission of the BPVA and presentation/format prepared was excellent.

I also want to acknowledge Jodi's fantastic work and dedication to the project.  She went above and beyond what I expected and the project was completed on time and 100% perfect.  She is a model of a positive and excellent work ethic.  I know she took part of her lunch hour to go to Andersons for extra paint sticks to secure the signs and we did not lose one sign on a very windy day.  I cannot say enough on how well this was completed and again - her performance was awesome.

All of your staff is very customer friendly and although there is another UPS Store closer to my office, I choose to visit your location again due to the excellent customer environment.

We are already planning next year's event and we look forward to working with your team and we welcome your continued support..

The person who helped me made all the difference.  Her name was Jodi.  The way she dealt with me should be on a training video for all other UPS employees to learn from.  She greeted me with a smile, was VERY enthusiastic (but not too over the top).

Despite how clean the store is or how well organized the store is, I would not be filling out this survey if the sales associate was not as helpful as she was.

As I conclude, I would again like to say that I believe a customers expereince will always be defined by the customer service that he/she receives from the sales associates.  In this case, Jodi was the reason I will always choose this UPS Store.

My favorite store.  They are so nice.  I love these people!!  I am xx years old and could not get my box from the car.  Jerilynn went and got it for me.  God Bless her.  I will always use this store because they are so helpful and friendly. 

I've been to others and would never go back.  They were not at all friendly and made me feel like I was taking up their time.
