I love this store. I want to say I go there at least once a week if not more. Im always sending something through ebay, or to my kids. I just want to say that this store has great customer service. They are always willing to try to figure out the best way to pack and ship my items without breaking the bank. Sometimes they may seem a little pricey but for the quality of service your getting nothing can beat it. I've never had any items broken that i've shipped even glass items so I know they are very knowledgeable about packing. I also like the fact that most the employees have been working there over a year so they definitively all know their stuff. It's also crazy to think that they offer more than just shipping services. I don't take advantage of these other services but they also do a lot of copy business i've seen. Everytime i'm in there it seems like they are working on some type of print job. Be it binding together books or just making postcards or flyers. Again I want to praise the staff there for how friendly and helpful they are. The main manager there is also a friendly man. Always makes me laugh. I've never had a bad experience even when they're slow or insanely busy
