I wanted to personally thank UPS Redmond Ridge, Store 5427 and Jack Graham specifically for the outstanding service and professionalism my parents and I received. My parents used UPS Redomond Ridge to ship my great great grandfather's bed to me in Washington, D.C.Not only did UPS Redmond Ridge pack it so beautifully, Jack personally called to ensure it arrived on time and in good condition. My parents and I are extemely please to know that we (and the antique family bed) were well taken care of. The bed is now my 3-year old son's bed and we couldn't be happier.
Thank you UPS Redmond Ridge for such a great and stress-free job.
