Dear Mary,
I was in the UPS Store on Dogwood Ave on Monday. I wanted to mail a letter,
your staff told me they did not deliver to PO Boxes. I was going to leave, when a wonderful sales associate took it from me and said she would take it to the post office for me. It had to be certified.
 I am disabled now, I always have had problems physically,
now it is real bad. I have to compliment the people who
work in your store. They are always helpful, they never make it seem that you
are an inconvenience to them. The day I was there Monday 10/20 in the am
the girl was great. I was so grateful to her for her courtesy and kindness.
You have a great staff there, The have been kind, considerate, and helpful
since you opened. I just had to tell you.
There are so few stores like yours out there.
