HOW DO I SIGN UP?
From individuals to large businesses, there are lots of ways to take advantage of the mailbox services at The UPS Store ! Just follow the steps below and you'll be on your way! It's easy:
STEP 1: Download and complete form 1583. (This is the Post Office's "Application for Delivery of Mail through Agent").
STEP 2: Complete the required (*) fields below and click "Print" to print our Mailbox Agreement.
STEP 3: Come into the store, or call us at (717) 838-2800 for pricing or current specials and to follow up on the application. We'll also need to get 2 forms of identification, and payment.
When you use mailbox services at our store, you get convenience, professionalism and other services to help run your business (or your personal life) more efficiently.
As of now, the mailbox service is limited to store hours only. Pls. call the store ahead of time if you need to make arrangement.
