1.  A real street address, not a P. O. Box  When you don't want to use your home address, but a P. O. Box doesn't project the professional image you need, our private mailing address is the ideal solution.
2.  24-hour access*  Pick up your mail and postal deliveries any time, day or night. You can even get access to our black and white copiers. Key deposit required for keys and copier keys. 
3. Package acceptance from all carriers  We'll hold your packages-even the over sized ones-until you're ready to pick them up. We accept delivery from UPS, FedEx Air, FedEx Ground, DHL and USPS. We also accept delivery common freight carriers with prior notification. 
4. Package notification  We'll let you know when a package arrives by text messaging, phone (additional fees may apply) or email. No more waiting at home for a package delivery or risking valuable shipments being left on your doorstep. 
5. Call-in Mail check Save a trip! Call first to find out if you have mail or a package. 
6. Mail holding and forwarding Traveling for work or for pleasure? Just let us know when and where and we'll forward your mail. Forwarding fees and mailing fees apply.
7. Box Sizes  We have 3 box sizes: small, medium and large. We recommend a medium or large for businesses and those persons traveling or using our address for forwarding while traveling the United States or the world. 
8. Box Rental Fees Our boxes are rented for periods of 6 and 12 months or longer. Each rental period allows you to prepay for your box rent and take away the loss of service generally with pay as you go services. We will notify of 30 days in advance of your due date. We also have a setup fee for the mailbox, key deposits for the box key as well as 24 hour access. Ask our associate for help.
9. Documentation need to rent a mailbox  To rent a mailbox from us you must present 2 forms of identification. One must be a current Photo Drivers License.  The other form must be from the following list : Voters Registration Card; Corporate/Employee ID;  Armed Forces ID;  Alien Registration Card;  Passport;  Current Deed;   Current Lease;   Utility Bill (Phone Bill);   Insurance Card;   Vehicle Registration;   AAA Card;   University ID;   State Non-Drivers ID card;   Government ID;   Drivers License Membership Card (i.e., Sams Club, Costco — it can't be used as a credit card as well. We do not accept a credit card, social security card or a birth certificate as a form of ID. 
10. Two forms must be completed. They are the following: The Postal Service Form 1583, December 2004  We are required to have this form completed and submitted to our Postmaster along with the 2 forms of identification listed above.  The UPS Store Mailbox Service Agreement ). This form is also located at the bottom of our web page.This form is the agreement between the renter and The UPS Store. All fees will be completed prior to the completion of the rental of the mailbox service. These forms will be printed in the store at the time of the mailbox rental. This listing of these forms on this site is just to give you an understanding of the forms that are required to rent a mailbox. 
11. Box Termination  When a customer terminates their box, it is their responsibility to notify all their friends and associates of their new address. The United States Postal Service will not forward mail from our address since we are viewed as an agency mailbox provider. We will provide you with a 30 day grace period after you terminate your box to help facilitate your address change. In the event, you need more than 30 days, we recommend renting the box for additional months. We have plans for 1, 3, 6 or 12 month. We strive to provide you with the service needed to make your change as helpful as possible.
