After a few shipping fiascos at other places, I started using the UPS Store #5119 on Dowlen Rd. (next to Chicos) about 4+ years ago. I am always impressed with their reasonable rates, and the professional, knowledgeable, and friendly customer service of the staff and management won me over since Day 1. I'm in the UPS store several times a week with my business/personal shipping needs, yet the service never wavers from being excellent. This specific UPS store sure has a knack for hiring the best, and they make me feel like family!
