This morning we needed to to go UPS and send some treasures home. Called the UPS store and Judy spoke with Mr. Singh. He talked us in to his store which adjoins Yale. He couldn't have been nicer and was waiting to welcome us as we drove into the parking lot. It had taken several phone calls and his good humor never flagged. And then! We conducted our business, he suggested some places for us to walk, and let us leave our car parked right by his front door! We came back an hour later and he and another gentleman got us on the right road headed out of town. Now if that isn't service I don't know what it!! Thanks sooooooooo much, Mr. Singh.

I would highly recommend using this store. I got stuck at the copy machine but the staff jumped right in to help me out. They advised me on the best way to ship my documents. Its simply the best service I've had at any UPS store.

This is not a regular UPS Store. The store owner may ship via UPS but the service exceeds anything I have experienced before. Staff interaction is unusually personal and professional. Staff are committed to taking enough time for each customer to advise without slowing things down. I shipped several items here including a heavy professional grade espresso machine that needed double boxing/crating. I was advised via personal email and phone calls about the shipping recommendations after drop off, the receiving party had ample time to discuss with this store how to best ship it and how to break down the different contents. We were both updated timely about packaging, weighing and shipping. Quote and handling left all other professional shipping, crating and moving companies in the larger area in the dust although this UPS store was our last resort.

To: the manager of the UPS store in New Haven,
I had the pleasure of being helped by 2 of your associates at the store, Moon and Minnie. I had to ship a lot of things, and they were very very helpful and very pleasant to talk to. Minnie even stayed back an extra hour to pack a chair that wasn't fitting in any box. Moon helped pack a television set in the most cost effective way and it was delivered intact and in perfect condition.
