Our educational consulting, grant-writing, and business accounting company,
R & L Specialty Services, has used the UPS Store at Higley/Pecos in Gilbert
for the exclusive shipment payroll and payable checks to our accounting
clients for the last 4 years. We switched to UPS from Priority mail and
Federal Express when we had several large payrolls lost. Since making the
switch we have never had a payroll lost or even late. The next day delivery
is GREAT!! We've also found that our cost for checks, envelopes, and
deposit slips is less than what were paying from a major national
distributor. We also like the convenience of a "house account" where our
business credit card is billed once a month for the prior month's shipments
and printing purchases. This has been a real "no hassle" process for us.

My wife and I are Agency Managers for National Agents Alliance. We protect
three things most important to a family: their home, their retirement and
their earning ability. We have Agents in nine states and our business is
growing rapidly.
Brian & Traci have taken care of all our shipping, printing and mailing
needs for over three years.
We ship 4-6 packages overnight to the East Coast each week. We get the
benefit of knowing that UPS will get it there at the specified time and also
know that Brian & Traci will follow up on the deliveries and actually call
to let us know the packages were received.
We email most of our printing requirements to the Store and they are
completed within a few hours sometimes minutes. There is never an issue
with quailty. If we're not happy, an adjustment is made immediately or the
job is redone. There are very few instances when this has happened. If we
have copying that cannot be emailed, we can do it ourselves or it will be
done in a timely manner by the Store staff. Brian & Traci are very
responsive to rush requests.
We maintain a Mail Box at the store also. It is competitively priced, they
give excellent service and we have twenty-four access. They also handle all
of our regular mail. We simply walk in, hand them our overnight packages
and mail and walk out. No standing in long lines. That saves us hours.
We have our business cards done at the Store and they maintain our plates
for us.
We could choose to have our service requirements done at other locations.
However, we choose to use Brian & Traci's Store because, over all, it saves
us money and more importantly time. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and
service oriented. We work all over the Valley and have had occasion to
visit other UPS & Kinko stores. None of them offer the service and courtesy
that Brian & Traci offer.
