If an item packed by our associates and shipped via UPS is lost or damaged in transit, you'll be reimbursed for the item's value (subject to the lesser of actual value, repair or replacement cost), the full retail price of packaging materials and services and shipping charges (excluding declared value charges). Restrictions apply.
UPS Declared Value Coverage may not cover customer packaged items if the item does not meet UPS' strict packaging requirements. For this reasoon, our store does not charge a packaging fee to box up your item(s). You merely pay for the box and the materials and we'll do the rest. It is less of a headache for you the customer and less damage claim paperwork for us!!!
