- Mail forwarding or holding. Maintain a US-based address even while living abroad or in another location. We can forward your mail and packages to you wherever you are.

Large 12" x 6" x 14"
If renting a mailbox for business use we require you to open either a medium or large mailbox.

Mailboxes rent for a minimum 3 months. With new mailbox rentals there is a $20 setup fee. Also with a new mailbox rental, if you pay for an entire year (12 months), you get an additional 2 months (13th and 14th month) free.
How to Order a New Mailbox:
1. Fill out the form below and click Print. A Mailbox Agreement Form will print for you to fill out at your convenience.
2. The second form you will need to complete is a copy of the Post Office 1583 Form.
3. A customer service sales representative from The UPS Store will contact you to answer your questions.
4. Mail, Fax or Bring your Forms as well as 2 forms of ID* to The UPS Store to Complete the process of opening a New Mailbox. These forms are available online or in the store for your convenience. Our fax number is (703) 280-9100.
5. Payment can be made over the phone with a credit card or in the store.
