You don’t have to worry about a thing at The UPS Store.  If an item packed by our associates and shipped via UPS is lost or damaged in transit, you’ll be reimbursed for the item’s value (subject to the lesser of actual value, repair or replacement cost), the full retail price of packaging materials and services and shipping charges (excluding declared value charges).  Restrictions apply.

Custom Crating

Items too large for the UPS system and those which are very fragile can be crated.  All the crates we build are made with fumigated wood so there is no opportunity to transport unwanted pests.  This is particularly critical for some overseas shipments.
