3. Can my package withstand extreme weather?
If you answered no to any of these questions, your item may not make it to its destination intact.
Our Pack and Ship Promise
You don’t have to worry about a thing at The UPS Store. If an item packed by our associates and shipped via UPS is lost or damaged in transit, you’ll be reimbursed for the item’s value (subject to the lesser of actual value, repair or replacement cost), the full retail price of packaging materials and services and shipping charges (excluding declared value charges).
