I had my own UPS account number and The UPS Store convinced me to try their services and open a Preferred account.  I did and I SAVED a bundle.  They handle any problems that arise.  All I have to do is drop off my packages and The UPS Store takes care of the rest.  It is a definite plus for any Small business.  Thank you guys for helping your local small business!!
