With over six (6) years experience in The UPS Store business, Nick is an asset to our team.  His Customer Service is exceptional and he is a favorite among our customers.  Nick is our resident computer guru and can handle anything thrown at him.  He works in three (3) of our locations, yeah he is that good!  And like all of our staff, Nick is a Certified Packaging Expert.  Nick can be found primarily at our Hollywood location but helps us out at our Gateway and Bayview locations as well.  Come visit him anytime!

One of our newest members to our Hollywood UPS Store team, our customers are already singing Cesar’s praises.  Cesar has worked in a few stores in the South Florida area and he is not only a wiz at whatever he does but his customer service skills can’t be beat!   There is no job too big or too small for Cesar to handle.  Of course with a name like Cesar… what would you expect?  And like all of our staff, Cesar is a Certified Packaging Expert!  He can be found mostly in our Hollywood location but helps us out in our Miami Gardens location as well.  Come visit him anytime!
