Whether you need to send a package, print documents, open a mailbox, move your home or office, or ship something big- we've got you covered. 

Pack and Ship Services
We offer full UPS Services.  You can insure your item for up to $50,000.  We offer the Pack and Ship Promise so if we pack your items you are covered for your item for packing fees, shipping fees and the amount you insured your item.  *Subject to proof of value. 

If you need to get a package there overnight we can ship to most zip codes by 10:30 am the following day.

Our UPS Pick up times Monday - Friday for Next Day Air is 4:30 p.m.
Our UPS Pick up times Monday - Friday for 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select & Ground services is 5:30 pm

Our Saturday Pickup for Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air is 12:00 p.m.

Return service available on all packages shipped through our location.

Mailbox Services
Get a physical address with our mailbox service and be able to receive any carrier safely and securely.  We sign for your package, log it in and can even give you email notification so you know exactly when your package is available for pick-up. 

Students if you are not confident to receive mail or packages at your I.V. address.  Open a mailbox with us and have a safe and secure address while you attend UCSB.  This also gives you a place to send your possessions before you come back in the fall.

Notary Public
We have several Notary Public's on staff and walk-ins are accepted but it is always great to give us a call and make sure the Notary is in the store when you want to come in.  You can reach us at 805-562-8212 or email us at store4773@theupsstore.com

Passport Pictures
You can walk-in and get your U.S. Passport or Visa picture.  It only takes about 3 minutes to take the picture and print it out. 

Through this website, we've made it easy to download coupons, submit a document for printing and view our many products and services.
