HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Just follow the steps below -- It's easy:
STEP 1: Complete the required (*) fields on the Order a New Mailbox form below and click "Print" to print our Mailbox Agreement.
STEP 2: Come into the store, email us (store4762@theupsstore.com),
or call us (508) 746-2772 to follow up on the application. We'll also need to get 2 forms of identification, and we will set up a payment method at that time.
