As you may know, one of the most important benefits of having a mailbox here at The UPS Store is that you will have a physical address were you are going to be able to receive any mail/packages from any carrier service. You will receive an e-mail notification when your packages arrive.
When you become a mailbox holder at our store, you get 5% discount in all the shipping that you do and a 15% discount in almost all our products and services.
We also offer forwarding services to wherever you are.

Just call us when you are in front of the store and we'll personally handed out to your car. Just have your ID ready!!!
Required Forms to Open a Mailbox
The only thing you will need to do to open your mailbox TODAY is fill out the mailbox agreement below and we will e-mail you and/or fax you the 1583 form Click here to download form 1583 (Must be signed in front of us or by a notary.) and the credit card authorization form.
Please include a copy of two forms of ID (Credit Cards, Birth Certificates and Social Security Cards are not accepted)
