You don't have to worry about a thing at The UPS Store. If an item packed by our associates and shipped via UPS is lost or damaged in transit, you'll be reimbursed for the item's value (subject to the lesser of actual value, repair or replacement cost), the full retail price of packaging materials and services and shipping charges (excluding declared value charges).
