Virtual Mailbox Now Available
A Virtual Mailbox is available for a maximum of three months. It is ideal for those just moving into our community who need a temporary address until they are settled or those here on temporary business. It is a "no-frills" mailbox. We can receive mail and packages for you but you have no box number assigned to you, no key, and no 24-hour access. All postal identification regulations apply.
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Just follow the steps below -- It's easy:
STEP 1: Download and print form 1583. (This is the Post Office's "Application for Delivery of Mail through Agent").
STEP 2: Complete the required (*) fields on the Order a New Mailbox form below and click "Print" to print our Mailbox Agreement.
STEP 3: Come into the store, email us (store4727@theupsstore.com),
or call us (919) 359-2500 to follow up on the application. We'll also need to get 2 forms of identification, and we will set up a payment method at that time.
