 HOW DO I SIGN UP?

 From individuals to large businesses, there are lots of ways to take advantage of the mailbox services at The UPS Store !  Just follow the steps below and you'll be on your way!  It's easy:

 STEP 1:  Download and complete form 1583.  (This is the Post Office's "Application for Delivery of Mail through Agent"). 

 STEP 2:  Complete the required (*) fields below and click "Print" to print our Mailbox Agreement.  

 STEP 3:  Come into the store, or call us at (302) 537-8300  for pricing or current specials and to follow up on the application.  We'll also need to get 2 forms of identification, and payment.
