Phong Vu (Owner) - Phong is a long time local of New Hudson. He has lived in New Hudson for 20+ years.  Both of his children went to South Lyon schools & graduated from South Lyon High. He has always been very enthused about having a business in his own community.

Maddie (Manger & Notary) - Maddie is our full-time employee. Her roots are from South Lyon, even though she now lives in Fenton. She handles our creative design department. She can help create business cards, flyers, posters or any other documents you may need. She is also available to notarize documents for our customers.

Darla (Associate & Book Keeper) - Darla is one of our friendly sales associates. She is a long time local of the South Lyon community. All three of her children graduated from South Lyon High. You can also find her working at a Dental Office in South Lyon. Her 4 years of working at The UPS Store has made her an expert in packaging. She has packed items from elk antlers to sofas. You can trust her to pack any of your items to be shipped.

Courtney (Associate) - Courtney is our main associate. She is a Milford local with many family & friends in this area. She is a very talented artist who has benefited from our stores document services. With her creative mind, she is always happy to help enhance your artwork or pictures. Stop in & ask her about which document services we can do for you!

Rob (UPS Driver) - Rob not only picks up our packages from our store, but brings us smiles and laughs. He uses good ole' customer service values.
