When you first walk into the UPS store, you notice a spirit of friendliness. The employees are all pleasant, courteous, and helpful. I recently had to have another computer sent to me to make a presentation out of state. My son went down, asked that the shipment be sent asap. That was in the afternoon. The shipment arrived at 9:45 am the next morning, my meeting started at 10 am, it was just in time. The manager called me to be sure it arrived, even though he had tracked it and it showed delivered, he wanted to be sure. When you are being paid to present a program, and it is one of your largest customers, time is really critical.
I know I can trust the group at the UPS store to deliver, they handle all the details to make sure the package gets to where it is supposed to be, and on time. I appreciate the attention to my deliveries, both small and large. As a small business owner, you make me look good.
