I just wanted to take the time to say Thank You  and to recognize one of your employees for providing outstanding customer service. I was very pleased by the assistance I was provided by your associate (Kings Mall Court, Kingston NY) location on Monday 11/21/2011. He assisted me with the difficult task of unloading, packaging and shipping items that were heavy and awkward in size. He was polite, courteous and very helpful. I took up probably 45 minutes of his time and he did not at any time make me feel like I was an inconvenience to him. I know that many may say that he was only doing his job, however being in retail for the past 14 years you do not encounter many who even know what customer service is. He did a great job and I just wanted to thank him.
