Pack it tight – Packages go through many hands, machines and conveyor belts before reaching a final destination.  They are sorted and loaded on trucks to endure the bumps and vibration of the road.  If the package rattles that means there is extra room in the box and it may collapse when stacked with other packages.

It’s in the box – Always use a sturdy box and don’t wrap it in paper.  A good rule of thumb is a minimum of 2 inches of peanuts and/or bubble wrap around you items.  Fragile items should not touch the edge of the box or other items in your box.  Newspaper or plastic grocery bags are not cushioning materials and will not absorb compression or vibration like bubble wrap and peanuts will.

Know the limitations – We cannot ship alcohol, tobacco, firearms or anything flammable.  Also, we cannot ship anything in an alcohol, tobacco, or hazardous labeled box regardless of what is inside.

Size matters - When shopping for gifts, keep in mind that necessary extra packaging may increase the size of the shipping box.  Shipping prices are determined by weight, size and destination.

Peace of mind – UPS automatically includes tracking and protection against loss or damage up to $100 and additional coverage is available, however, if a package is not sufficiently packed, a claim may be denied.  Therefore, it is important to spend the extra time on proper packing.  Or just leave it to us.  We offer full packaging services for just about any item.  Ask us about our Pack and Ship Promise.
