Some of the services The UPS Store provided were certainly not their responsibility but they willingly and gladly helped to expedite the process for my agent. The business cycle came down to the wire, as a result of a problematic seller, and The UPS Store staff allowed Perason the opportunity to catch his flight back to Denver. Without their gracious and courteous assistance I, and Pearson, would have inherited more aggravation in an already annoying business transaction.
If all business people took a page from The UPS Store's “client treatment” playbook business would be a joy.

We at the Art Connection Las Olas have been using the services for The UPS Store for over 5 years. Have we ever had a problem with breakage? Yes, but never as a result of the packaging performed by Jim and his staff. Once an item leaves Jim's store, the items become the responsibility of UPS. Yes, UPS does sometimes break things no matter how well items are packed. We always add declared value insurance on these items, just for that reason. Unfortunate things do happen! We have had Jim and his Staff pack and ship all types of artwork; framed originals, sculptures, etc. They always do an excellent job. If you ever have a question about the level of service they provide, please don't hesitate to call.
